Unable to attend the Property Auction?
If you are unable to attend the property auction then we are more than happy to undertake telephone or proxy bidding on your behalf.
However please contact our auction department in good time prior to the auction as you will need to complete a form, provide us with proof of identity and address and cleared funds for your deposit payment being 10% of your maximum bid price plus £395 Buyers Administration Fee. Please note we can only bid for you once we have received these and your deposit payment has cleared.
