IMPORTANT NOTICE - From 1st October 2008 all residential let property will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Legislation requires that a prospective tenant be provided with an EPC prior to entering into any contract to rent out property. The EPC will need to be renewed every 10 years.
