A Very Busy Evening Sees BJB Property Auction Exceed National Averages

BJB Property Auctions are very pleased to report the results of an excellent sale at the Moat House Hotel in Stoke on Trent on 30 January 2012.

84 lots was a big sale by usual January standards but the room was full to capacity and  bidding was strong - already 84% of the lots have exchanged contracts worth a total sum of £4,366,550 of property sold. Both the value sold and % sold are the highest for some time!

27 High Street, Tunstall - £105,000
