The start to the New Year has certainly been a busy one and with it has come a number of Staff and Office changes. As a result of the Partnerships decision to further expand the Company and enhance our market share, a number of changes have recently taken place, whilst a number of others will occur on the 1st of February to co-incide with the new financial year.
Chris Hamriding has become the new Director of Lettings with the brief to rapidly expand that department. New staff have already been appointed in that department to include Jessica Kenyon, Angela Davies and just before Xmas, Sarah Radford. Chris’s previous role as Branch Manager of the Congleton Office has been given to a new member of staff, Lucy Warriner.
In what will be a very exciting time, the following changes will take place at the end of January. Mark Tatton is to become the new Branch Manager of Longton with the brief to increase further our market share in that region. Julia Bramfitt and Mike Hancock will become the combined “sales team” of the new Newcastle Office, which will also be the main centre for the administration and growth of The Property Auction Department.
Further changes in Staffordshire will include; Catrina Horsley, who will step up to become the Branch Manager of Stone and be joined by the very experienced Julie Hemmings from Newcastle Office. Moving the other way to Newcastle to gain further experience is trainee Estate Agent Robyn Morley.
The Interviews for the new Stafford Branch manager have been held and we expect to announce an appointment shortly! In the meantime, the Office will be covered by Steve Dourish who has a long experience of working within the town.
The Partnership would like to thank everyone for their continued support and hard work as we continue to grow.
