Another good night of bidding produced some strong bidding in the first of this week's property auction sales. Once again, we managed to nudge a sales rate of circa 85% on the night with over £3.5 million of property being sold. We will expect the % to rise over the next few days with post sales interest.
Results of particular note include:
1. Lot 1: Cemetery Lodge, Newcastle under Lyme - Sold for £162,000 from a guide of £100,000.
2. Lot 9 - John Offley Road, Madeley - Sold for £51,500 from a guide of £25,000.
Lot 28: Harriseahead Lane, Harriseahead - Sold for £85,500 from a guide of £60,000.
Lot 32: Newcastle Lane, Penkhull - Sold for £134,000 from a guide of £100,000.
Lot 37: Etruria Works, Etruria - Sold for £70,000 from a guide of £45,000.
Lot 40: Dunsheath, Telford - Sold for £63,000 from a guide of £40,000.
Lot 44: Mount Road, Dawley, Telford - Sold for £96,000 from a guide of £75,000.
Lot 71: Queen Anne Street, Shelton - Sold for £40,000 from a guide of £20,000.
