I am a Commercial Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
After doing an Urban Land Economics degree in Sheffield, I rejoined Rail Property Limited, with whom I had done my year out placement and started work in Birmingham. I then joined Lambert Smith Hampton and moved on to Smith Balla also in Birmingham, in order to obtain my professional qualifications. I left Smith Balla to join Stoke on Trent City Council to broaden my work knowledge and shorten my commute.
I started at Butters John Bee in November 2004 as a surveyor and after leaving for six months, returned to Butters as an Associate Director in May 2007. My main work areas are commercial property valuation, energy performance certificate and capital allowances.
