I came to the property industry in my mid 20's and became a mature student at the University of Birmingham where I gained a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. I have recently qualified as a professional member of RICS.
I have worked in the local property industry for over 15 years acting for both private and public clients. Primarily, I manage investment property for private clients. The portfolios I manage include offices, industrial premises and retail property and my work is tailor made to the needs of my client. Additionally I undertake the full spectrum of commercial landlord and tenant work such as rent reviews, lease renewals and dispute resolution.
I have extensive experience of advising organisations on their office accommodation strategies. Often this will include the project management of property rationalisation and office fit outs.
Away from work my passion is supporting Manchester United FC and participating in most sports but in particular football, squash and mountain biking.
