Having no desire to continue my education, I left Grammar School at 16 and joined a legal practice in my home town of Northwich as an Office Junior. I stayed there for several years and became a Legal Secretary for the Conveyancing Partner. This is where my love of property developed! I had a break for several years whilst I brought up my two sons before securing a weekend job with a corporate agent in my local town. I spent 18 years with that agent and after managing several branches became a Regional Manager and latterly became the first female company director of that particular subsidiary. After my longstanding MD retired I decided that I wanted a new challenge and am delighted to have just joined Butters John Bee as the Manager of the Nantwich office.
In my spare time, what little I have, I enjoy keeping fit, which is helped by my husband’s love of taking part in off road motorcycle racing and therefore spend many weekends off having to climb a variety of mountains in Wales clutching a video recorder to capture his many “fall offs”! I also enjoy watching Formula One and am an avid Manchester United fan.
I have two sons, the youngest of which has just bought a house with his fiancée and will get married in May, the elder one remains at home whilst he saves up a deposit to buy a property.
