  1. ESTAS Awards 2017

    This year we won a further 8 ESTAS awards to add to the 16 awards won over the past 3 years. For the third year in succession, we were winners in the National Best Agency Group in the UK (6 -20 offices). Our Sandbach Office won the Gold Award as the Best in the North West (Cheshire), Telford; Gold for West Midlands (Herefordshire, Shropshire & Worcester), and best in County. Bronze Awards for North West (Cheshire) went to Nantwich, Longton also picked up a Bronze for West Midlands (Staffordshire & Warwickshire).

    We received 3 Awards for Lettings as voted by Landlords. Gold for Macclesfield North West (Cheshire), Bronze for Telford West Midlands (Herefordshire, Staffordshire & Worcestershire) and Bronze for Newcastle u Lyme, West Midlands (Staffordshire, Warwickshire).

  2. The Times & Sunday Times Auction Agent of the Year

    A national award from The Times / The Sunday Times and sponsored by Zoopla.

    Voted for by journalists, property professionals and media commentators within the industry. We were voted as one of the leading auction houses in the country which is an outstanding achievement and recognition on a truly national scale.

    We have also won Best Medium Midlands - Silver in 2014 and 2016 and Best Auction Agency - Gold in 2014 and Bronze in 2015

  3. EGI awards

    An award for the professional services business that has taken its expertise outside of the region and firmly put North Staffordshire on the map. We were recognised for our work with BBC television on Homes under the Hammer and our position as one of the leading auction houses in the country; this culminated in butters john beebjb being acknowledged as achieving the most to promote North Staffordshire.
