butters john bee are looking for a Commercial Sales Negotiator to join our Commercial team based at Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent.
What you need to bring to the table
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within the property or estate agency sector, knowledge of commercial property sales and lettings would be extremely useful.
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the telephone.
Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry

As an experienced Negotiator, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, enhance the departments pipeline and continue to generate new business opportunities
