Branch Manager Stafford office I have enjoyed working in the industry for over 14 years at various locations across staffordshire and cheshire.
During my time in the industry I have worked in small towns and big city locations, developing my knowledge and experience in the industry and responding to changes that have come about over the years. Delivering excellent customer service has driven my success by providing the best support to all my customers, from first time sellers/experienced sellers, to corporate and new homes clients. I have always recognised the importance of the people's needs, to ensure we achieve the best possible price in the customer's time frame.
Having worked for a large corporate organisation and seen how customer service is lost to processes, I recognised that bjb put customers at the heart of their business; I like being part of a company that understands its customers and deliver great customer service.
