A3: The No Rent Event occurs when the rental market is quieter than normal. Offering tenants a rent free period will help to generate more interest in your property. You have complete control over the time your property is marketed in this way and of course, any offers have to be acceptable to you.

A4: We would suggest anywhere between 1-4 weeks. We tend to find that a period of 2 weeks 'no rent' works well in attracting new tenants, but it can be more or less if you wish.
